I had a panic attack while rushing my wrk, chest was feeling heavy and stuffy, had difficulty in breathing, I experienced a mild asthma attack.
later part of the day, I black out for few seconds and fell down. it was raining...
had a really rough day today...
I really need to think it through if I want to stay...
