he booked movie tix to watch my long awaited Rise of Planet of the Apes, but we forgo it at the last minute because we had an impromptu Swensens visit for cake cutting to celebrate his daddy's birthday. Couldn't rush there in time if we stayed to cut the cake.

All he said was, "I cut cake with my dad every year. He is more important." That, was the man I fell in love with again.

Awesome Saturday well spent. We had dim sum at Taste Paradise at Ion for his dad's birthday celebration. Dim sum was good!Definitely worth a second visit!

After Swensens was prawning and fishing with his pretty younger sister + her bf. And as Im writing this, the boy is sleeping soundly beside me. Fell into deep coma after we washed hammies cage.

This monday is not blue. Because...we have tickets to go watch NDP on tues!!!All thanks to his brother's gf. Going with his siblings + their other half. Triple date!

It finally paid off!

Something good happen to me today. Hardwork paid off. I'm happy. Really. He was right, I seriously lack something strangely most people would think it is in me. But I don't.

I just need to work on it.

went kite flying on Sat & Sun!seriously half-baked under the scorching sun for 2 consecutive days. Bf's siblings and lovely mum wanted to go. Had a homely warm and fuzzy Sunday afternoon with his family. Bf got the strings severely untangled, all of us spent a good 20 minutes sweating under the heat to untie it. You know what?I actually felt happy. It was nice to see his mum, brother & sister got up from seating down on the mat and came over to untie it together. Seeing how closely knitted his family was, over an untangled string was nice. Nobody grumbled a thing, they all just came and did what they could willingly despite the heat. That is why I love him and his family.=)

I made a "No Shopping for Clothes" ban on myself that was further enforced by bf. I stuck by it and is very impressed with my determination.

I bought 2 pairs of shoes while shopping today. WHAT?!I didn't say nothing about "No Shopping for Shoes"!

After a satisfied retail madness, we headed to Marina Barrage for kite flying & picnic!

e moment I saw this pair of nude colour wedge, I knew it was going to be mine. True enough, tried on it and love how comfy it was and how belonged it made me feel. They say clothes maketh a man, I say wedges maketh me.

Got a pair of slippers. Bf likey thus bought it at no second thoughts given how cheap and comfy it was.

Fantastic time!Had to leave early because kite flying is stopped at 5.30pm for the NDP rehearsal. What a wet blanket...
